My fees for therapy start from £50 an hour and vary depending on your requirements. I am happy to discuss this further.

Please could you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a session and I will do the same. I will try, wherever possible, to offer you an alternative time within the same week.

Cancellations without giving 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

I am happy to discuss this further with you and to ensure arrangements suit us both. I have a therapy agreement which I will ask you to read and agree at the beginning of our work.

Privacy Policy

The Data Protection Act was replaced on 25 May 2018 by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). This applies to all organisations holding personal data including my practice as a psychotherapist/supervisor working with you. My usual contact with you will be an occasional text or email to make arrangements or to exchange information. I store your personal mobile and email details in a lockable cabinet which is not accessed by anyone else. My mobile phone and my computer are password protected.  Once we have finished our work together, I will delete the details stored electronically. However, I am required by law to keep the records of our work together for 7 years and these will be stored in a lockable cabinet in a locked office. At the end of this time paper notes will be shredded.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and you have a right to raise any concerns over the handling of data with them. You also have rights to access your details; to ensure they are accurate and up to date and to request the erasure of personal details from electronic devices.
